Refund policy

We accept replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size/model.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
